The only deal breaker for a repeat vacation is the dinner situation. The location/weather of this vacation spot lends itself to hearty menu options. When the weather is below freezing, then last option I want are 4 diver scallops and a small salad. Another is 3 tiny lollipop lamb chops. That's fine, but you could offer heartier options as well. It wouldn't be hard to offer chicken, baked potatoes, stew, chili's, steak, lasagna, pot pies - but a slice of rolled-up beef stuffed with spinach? Who goes to Wyoming for scallops.

We were in a rainstorm that damaged the road into Brooks Lake. Even though we weren't paying customers, Matthew and his staff made sure we were safe, warm and well fed. They helped us get home safe and sound and were obviously working hard to do the same for their paying customers. Thanks for the love and attention you paid to those of us who were stranded for a while. We very much appreciated it!!!
